To achieve these objectives and satisfy the expectations of clients, the Company is totally committed to implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System which is based on AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 and which incorporates the requirements of AS/NZS 4801:2001 in relation to Occupational Health & Safety and AS/NZS ISO 14001:1996 in relation to Environmental Management.
Matters for improvement in any area are to be identified and acted on with professional efficiency. Resources, both technical and human will be focused towards the prevention of quality deficiencies in order to satisfy the organisational goal of "right first time ... every time". These ideals will be met by continual improvement involving ongoing monitoring and review. Formal and measurable quality objectives have been set by management and are regularly reviewed.
